As recent arrivals to Portland (we have been here since just before midnight on April 21st), Ryan and I are excited to soak-up the local flavor.
Homegrown Smoker, a food cart in Portland, OR that serves amazing vegan BBQ, is expanding their operation from one to two carts via a successful Kickstarter project. Ryan and I were enthusiastic backers of the project. Today Homegrown Smoker 2 is opening in NE Portland at NE 20th Ave & NE Everett St. I can’t wait for their tasty slow smoked BBQ and comfort food on east side of the Willamette! If you are in Portland, you should go check it out! I can’t wait for lunchtime…I know what I am having! Of course I still need to decide what to get first.
